The Occupancy Rate in Theaters will Increase to 70% from Mid-September

The occupancy rate in theaters will be increased from 50% to 70% from mid-September, State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Culture Alla Manilova said.

      "Now we have a 50% occupancy rate. The Ministry of Culture has agreed with the sanitary services, we are allowed to increase the maximum occupancy of the hall to 70% from mid-September, while maintaining the wearing of masks and gloves," Manilova told reporters on Thursday.

      Earlier, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation sent a request to Rospotrebnadzor to increase the occupancy of theater halls to 70% of the number of seats.
