Moscow authorities have put up for auction 27 free premises in the Central Administrative District, according to the website of the mayor of Moscow. 13 of them will be sold at auctions with an increase in price, the same amount - through a public offer with a decrease in price up to 50%.
“The central districts of the capital are attractive for investments and business development, the premises here have convenient transport and walking accessibility. Now there are 27 non-residential premises for sale in the center, ranging from 11.1 to 2.5 thousand square meters. They can be purchased by any legal entity or individual, including individual entrepreneurs,” Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations said.
Six of the presented premises are located in the Basmanny district of Moscow, four objects are available in Zamoskorechye, Presnensky district and Khamovniki, three in Krasnoselsky district. Two premises are located in the Meshchansky district and on the Arbat, the rest - on Yakimanka and Tverskaya.
