A tourist route to the sights of the Stavropol Territory is being formed in the region, it will be launched in the end of September, the Ministry of Tourism of the Territory reports on Tuesday.
"The program of the new regional tourist route will include a visit to the Leo Tolstoy Museum and the oldest stagecoach station in Zheleznovodsk, the winery of the honorary winemaker of Russia Vitaly Bartak, Mount Camel, as well as tourist sites in Pyatigorsk and the village of Prikumskoye," the message says.
The concept of the route is based on the idea of combining agritourism and cultural and educational recreation, therefore it will include objects and attractions of different format. In addition, guests and residents of the Stavropol Territory will be shown little-visited tourist locations in the region.
It is noted that tour operators and travel agents from Pyatigorsk, Zheleznovodsk, Stavropol and other cities of the region will take part in the formation of the new route. Its launch will take place in the end of September 2020.
