The Moscow mayor's office is discussing the possible closure of nightclubs, bars and karaoke due to an increase in the incidence of coronavirus. Thus, the authorities want to reduce the number of people in the city.

The introduction of measures is being discussed due to "high traffic in the city, despite the serious situation with the coronavirus." It is necessary to reduce the number of people in the city in order to prevent the introduction of restrictions that were in force in the spring.

The mechanism for implementing the new restrictions is being discussed.

Today, Russia has recorded the maximum increase in cases since the beginning of the pandemic - 12 126 new cases. The Kremlin did not rule out “additional solutions” due to the coronavirus. In Moscow, 3,701 cases were identified, in total - 321,812. Since October 5, a self-isolation regime has been in effect in the capital for people over 65 years old, schoolchildren have been sent on vacation, and 30% of employees of enterprises - to remote work.
