An online service https://checkin.mos.ru has been launched in Moscow to register visitors to nightclubs and other entertainment establishments from 0:00 to 6:00. You can get there only after scanning the QR code or sending an SMS. Such measures have been introduced to combat the spread of the coronavirus.
The registration service opens for the user after scanning the QR code at the entrance to the institution. You need to enter your mobile phone number and confirm it by entering the code from the SMS, or log in through your mos.ru account. After that, a confirmation of registration will be displayed on the user's screen, which must be shown to the employee of the institution at the entrance.
If COVID-19 is detected in one of the visitors, other customers will be notified of the risk of infection and the need to be tested for coronavirus.
For non-compliance with the new rules, institutions can be fined 300-500 thousand rubles. The authorities do not exclude the spread of the check-in system to non-food stores, beauty salons and restaurants in Moscow.
