In November 2020, the main work on the improvement of the eco-park will be completed. The department noted that investments in the improvement of the park will amount to about 250 million rubles. The park will have paths, places for recreation, a navigation system, information boards and trash bins. A wooden pedestrian bridge has also been built across the Sosenka River.

In addition, a 5 km cross-country ski trail and walking paths will be arranged in the park. The department added that a dormitory for children and teachers of the Letovo boarding school for talented children is also being built on the territory.
