The work of food courts and children's rooms in the shopping centers is banned in St. Petersburg.
From Monday, November 9, the operation of food courts and children's playrooms is prohibited, the website of the city administration reports. The restrictions are being introduced in connection with the increase in the incidence of a new type of coronavirus in the city. “From November 9 to November 29, the activity of food courts and food places is suspended, with the exception of those located at train stations, at the airport and gas stations.
Also, the access of visitors to children's playrooms located in trade facilities and in buildings of shopping centers is suspended. At the same time, children's playrooms with an area of no more than 50 square meters, located on the territory of public catering establishments, remain open. Until November 29, the ban on the work of catering establishments at night remains in force. There is also a ban on holding public events attended by more than 70 people.
