Photo Exhibition "Altai" in Darwin Museum
4.12.2020 21:01
Photo Exhibition

There are many places on the planet that are covered with an aura of mystery and beckon with the amazing beauty of nature. One of them is Altai. There are few places where you can find such a variety of nearly intact wildlife. Snow-capped mountains, coniferous forests, deserted steppes and rare settlements, just enough for travellers to replenish their food stocks, buy souvenirs and hit the road again. Even the roads here are not usual, but legendary. For a long time Chuisky Tract was a part of the Great Silk Road. Traveling along it one can see enchanting landscapes. This road is considered one of the most beautiful on the planet Earth.

Photo artist Tamara Dobrolyubova has expressed her love for this beautiful land. For many years she worked as a geologist, hiking around the nature sanctuaries of Russia.
