We are talking about the losses that occurred during the first wave, when most companies and enterprises were closed or operated under restrictions. “The first wave brought serious economic losses - 4.5 million individual entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises went bankrupt and ceased to exist,” the Human rights ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova said.
