4.5 Million Entrepreneurs Went Bankrupt during the Pandemic in Russia

During the period of the pandemic in Russia, at least 4.5 million enterprises of the SME sector and individual entrepreneurs went bankrupt. 

      We are talking about the losses that occurred during the first wave, when most companies and enterprises were closed or operated under restrictions. “The first wave brought serious economic losses - 4.5 million individual entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises  went bankrupt and ceased to exist,” the
Human rights ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova said.
