The media reported on the cyber attack on December 14. The hackers gained access to the systems of several ministries, the State Department, states and commercial companies. According to The Washington Post, hackers Cozy Bear (APT29) are behind the attack. The newspaper claims that this group works for Russian intelligence. The Kremlin has denied Moscow's involvement in the attacks.
