In 2021, restaurants in Moscow will be evaluated by the inspectors of the most famous restaurant guide in the world - Michelin.
The Russian capital will be the first city in the post-Soviet space to be visited by Michelin. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin wrote about this on his Instagram account, noting that gastronomy in the capital "has become a real point of attraction for tourists."
The inspectors of the Red Guide have already studied the gastronomic heritage of Russia through Moscow establishments and, according to representatives of Michelin Travel Partner, were impressed by the desire of the chefs "to create an authentic cuisine based on exclusively local products."
