Russia plans to produce about 30 million doses of the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine by July 2021.
By the end of 2020, more than 2.5 million doses will be produced. Next year the vaccine may appear in powder form.
Earlier, a large-scale vaccination against coronavirus has started in Russia, however, not all categories of citizens can be vaccinated. Also, not all regions are ready for vaccination. In Moscow, workers in the field of medicine, culture, social services, industry, energy, education, trade and services, centers "My Services", transport, media, housing and communal services, public catering, sports and law enforcement agencies, volunteers, employees of NGOs and religious organizations can be vaccinated.
