Federal Passenger Company JSC (subsidiary of Russian Railways) appoints a special weekend tourist train for passengers planning to visit the winter estates of Father Frost and Snegurochka - Veliky Ustyug (Vologda Region) and Kostroma, as well as for the development of tourist regional opportunities, the press service of the Moscow Railway (MZD) reported.
"Train No. 934/933 Moscow - Veliky Ustyug - Kostroma - Moscow will run from January 29 to March 28, allowing tourists from Moscow and guests of the capital to visit the unique sights of northern Russia on weekends. The weekend tourist train schedule has been developed so that travelers can come to Veliky Ustyug and Kostroma in the morning, devote the day to walks and excursions in each city, and spend the night on the train," the message says. So, the tour train will depart at 17:05 from the Yaroslavsky railway station in Moscow on January 29, February 5, 12, 20, 26, March 6, 12, 19, 26. The train will arrive in Veliky Ustyug at 10:40 am the next day and depart from Veliky Ustyug to Kostroma on the same day in the evening at 18:10. Tourists will arrive in Kostroma at 10:15 am on January 31, February 7, 14, 22, 28, March 8, 14, 21, 28., Tourists will leave back to Moscow from Kostroma on the same day in the evening, at 17:50, and arrive at the Yaroslavsky railway station of the capital in a few hours at 23:35.
