Not Enough Funding To Build Clipper Spaceship

RosCosmos authorities have suspended the tender to build new piloted shuttle spacecraft system due to the lack of funds.
Federal Space Agency will receive 9 billion roubles of state funding for this programme, but only 500 million are expected to arrive before 2010.
Shuttle designers are also not sure in the wing configuration of the spaceship it should be tested, and its costs should be lessened.
Another problem is that no adequate rocket carrier will be build to the scheduled launch of the Clipper new Angara-3 and Zenith modified carriers are still subject to pilot tests.
Russian space researchers have planned to receive additional funding from the European space agency, but the programme has been removed from the budget during the meeting of participating countries.
