Russia and EU to discuss human rights

The department of information and press of the Ministry of foreign affairs has reported that November 8 Russia and the EU are meeting in Brussels to hold consultations on the human rights issue.
      The situation with human rights in Russia and the EU, broad cooperation in this sphere between European Commission, OSCE and UN, including the problem of reformation in the rights sector of UN all this is the main agenda of the forthcoming meeting.
      Moscow also intends to discuss such problems as national minorities in the EU, anti-racism actions and xenophobia.
