Head of Russian Federal space agency RosCosmos recently announced that Russia wouldn’t have a joint programme of Moon exploration with The United States.
      
      Russian official thinks that American doctrine of Moon exploration doesn’t suggest involving other countries.
      
      Russia will explore the Moon according to its own programme preferring unmanned vehicles. This programme considers close cooperation with Chinese space professionals.
      
      NASA has previously announced that Moon exploration project, in particular erection of the Moon base, would be international with Russia, European Union and Japan as possible partners.
