Childrens Theatre Festival in St. Petersburg

Harlequin is the title of Russias first contest for the National Award in Theatrical Arts and the same name festival to be held for the fourth time in St. Petersburg in April 19-23, 2007.
      The Harlequin competition provides both moral and material motivation for its participants - that is a grant to the amount of 300 thousand rubles to be presented to the laureate theatre for staging a new childrens spectacle.
      Among the festival participants there will be representatives of drama and music theatres from all the regions of Russia, from Siberia, Ural, North Caucasus to Moscow and St. Petersburg.
