The Moscow government is developing a project of a complete reconstruction of the 2nd biggest entertainment park in Europe - Gorky Park. The renovation is expected to take 3 years and will cost tens of millions of dollars.
      It is planned to reconstruct the historical design of the park, add a hotel for up to 200 persons, and build a music-hall. Besides, the park will have one more entrance.
      The project’s cost is to reach tens of millions of dollars; the single hotel building is expected to cost $20-25 million, and the draft documentation may cost up to $100 thousand.
      Gorky Park is the 2nd biggest in Europe and receives over 3 million of visitors annually. Its total area exceeds 100 hectares and includes two entertainment complexes.
