Clown-Mime Theatre Litsedei to Make Show in London

A famouse St.Petersburg clown-mime theater Litsedei will present its new program The Family in London today.
A week tour will be staged in the famous theater Hackney Empire. Its Hackney Empire where the London audience saw Litsedei for the first time nearly twenty years ago. Then Litsedei was headed by the outstanding Vyacheslav Polunin. Since 1988 his amazing Snowshow and other shows have been performed in Britain several times.
The program The Family tells about a typical family, a dad who enjoys drinking and threatening to leave the family, a rowing but faithful wife and four little naughty children.
Unfortunately when translated as The Family the title Semyaniki has lost an amusing pun of words.
The Family is a great clown show embodying Russian sensitivity.
