The 61st floor in the very centre of Federation Tower of the business-centre Moscow-City will become available for tourists in November 2007. It will be possible to enjoy a Moscow panorama from a height of 237 metres, and the totally transparent wall will intensify the effect.
      A visit to Federation Tower is said to cost 999 roubles (29EUR approximately). Tourist guides will tell travellers about Moscow in English, Russian, German, Italian, and Chinese.
      However, tickets to the excursions will not be sold openly – it will be possible to visit the tower in the course of a tour bought from a tour operator. This can be explained with the fact that the tower is going to be a closed object access to which will be available only by a special permit paper.
