      Ex-Soviet president Mikhail Gorbachev calls incredible the UN and NATO announcement to take the responsibility to decide upon the future Kosovo status themselves only.
      
      ‘It is an incredible and politically and morally unsound move. According to the international law and the previous UN resolutions, Kosovo is a part of Serbia. It’s the first time when two organizations solve a country’s destiny, which is not a member of neither of them’, told Mr. Gorbachev to The Rossijskaya Gazeta.
      
      Some of the USA and EU members at the UN security Counsel have officially claimed that there is no need in further negotiations on Kosovo Status. According to their position it is EU and NATO which are to decide upon the Kosovo status.
      
      Mr. Gorbachev said the problem should be solved in a dialogue and expressed his anxiety about the preset state of the situation. He admits that the case may create a precedent and cause rather dreadful consequences in some world regions.
