Cemetery of Mobile Phones to Appear in Russia

The company Mobile Fun a leading provider of ringtones and games in the UK has announced about launching a new service for its customers: burying old and outdated mobiles in one of the anomalous zones in Russia.
Customers are offered to give personally or send their old mobile phones to Mobile Fun. For around $US40 the phones will be sent to Russia where they will be buried in the famous Kursk Magnetic Anomaly. For extra $US10 the old mobile can send the last farewell SMS to the new phone straight before being committed to earth.
Representatives of the British company explains, that the companys choice has fallen on the Kursk Magnetic Anomaly is based on a desire to minimize the level of harmful emission that can be caused by burying a great number of mobile phones in the same place.
