PSA Peugeot Citroen to build plant in Kaluga

PSA Peugeot Citroen and the authorities of the Kaluga Region have signed an agreement on construction of a car-making plant under the city. The plant will be located in the village of Rosva, Kaluga’s outskirts. The new business will require ?300 million of investments and is expected to employ 2600 people.
      
      The production at the new plant is designed to start in 2010. The planned capacity is reported to make up 75-300 thousand vehicles annually.
      
      The information on car models the plant will manufacture hasn’t been revealed yet.
