Moscow is trying to hold Kosovo issue on negotiations level. Russia has worked out a package of measures in case of Kosovo independence recognition.
      
      The Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs has worked out a set of documents, which include measures in case Kosovo independence would be recognized uniletarrally. The Ministry doesn’t report what measures. But they are known to correspond to the Russian position on Kosovo issue and not to contain any opportunities to shift away form Russia’s principal view. Russia considers that the opinion of both Belgrade and Pristina should be taken into the consideration at solving the issue.
      
      Moscow is planning to coordinate the situation development with Belgrade further as well.
