The CFE Treaty can be restored if Russia’s NATO partners recognize that the whole situation depends on them.
      
      After Russia-NATO Council in Brussels was over Russia has appealed that Russia may unblock CFE Treaty issue by the end of the year in case all the countries are to recognize that the standards of the Treaty agreement are related to everybody.
      
      Russia points out that it would be enough to ratify the adopted version of the CFE Treaty.
      
      NATO has sustained the program of cooperation with Russia in answer for Russia’s setting a moratorium on FCE Treaty.
