Christmas Tree Decorations Museum Opens in Klin

Museum of Christmas Tree Decorations will be open at Russia's oldest plant of New Year decorations in the town of Klin, Moscow Region.
      The museum will be displaying over three thousand Christmas tree decorations and toys, among them retro Kremlin stars, spacemen of glass, and a corn-like toy. The oldest toy in the museum, a glass Snow Maiden, is more than hundred years old.
      In addition to that the exhibition space will include a glassblowing workshop, a decorations painting shop, a souvenir shop and an icy room, in which children will have an opportunity to write a letter to Father Frost.
