Rare Coins and Medals Displayed in Moscow

Unique numismatic rarities can be seen at the exposition Collection Russian Coins and Medals open in the exhibition hall Coins and Medals in Strastnoi Boulevard, Moscow.
      
      The exposition counts 470 rarities of the 7th 20th centuries. Among the exhibits there are ancient Russian gold and silver coins, tokens and paper money. There is also the unique Soviet copper tchervonets (ten-rouble banknote) issued in 1925 and presently valued at 2 million roubles.
      
      The exhibition runs till April 10, admission free. After its closing, on April 12 an auction will take place in the exhibition hall in Strastnoi Boulevard.
