Lukoil acquired filling stations in Croatia

LUKOIL Europe Holdings B.V., a LUKOILs subsidiary, has closed a transaction on acquisition of Croatian Europa-Mil Company. From now on 9 filling stations in Zagreb and Split, 5 sites allotted for construction of filling stations and a railroad petroleum terminal with the storage capacity of 8 thousand cubic metres are among LUKOILs assets.
      
      The daily average volume of oil products sales at Europa-Mil filling stations amount to 11 tons. LUKOIL plans to supply oil products to the newsly acquired filling stations from its own oil-processing plants in Bulgaria and Romania.
      
      The new assets will be operated by LUKOIL Croatia d.o.o. created in 2007.
