France intends to make Russia and EU partners

France the next presiding EU country intends to set constructive relations with Russia, claimed French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner.
      France considers Russia an important partner to the European Union, and not only from the geographical point of view, thats why its seeking for the partnership relations with Russia. France is doing its best for developing the more active cooperation of the both sides to come to the dialogue, especially in the security, energy and immigration issues.
      The French Minister arrived to Moscow for the negotiations yesterday.
