Russia refuses to discuss its fleet withdrawal from the Crimea

Russia is not ready to discuss with Ukraine the terms of deploying there the Black Sea Russian fleet.
      
      Its too early to discuss the terms of deploying the Black fleet in Sevastopol. This issue should be regarded from all the sides taking in to consideration the complex of the bilateral relations, states the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
      
      Russia considers that its better to focus on providing the sound functioning of the Black Sea Fleet and its deployment in the Ukrainian territory.
      
      This week the Ukrainian president has asked the parliament to work out the law draft on withdrawal the Russian Fleet from Sebastopol by 2017.
