Major Chemical Spill at Russia-China Border: 3 Killed

A massive spill of chemical substances has occurred on the Chinese territory near the border with Russia killing 3 people. The Chinese side has not officially informed Russia yet about what kind of chemicals leaked. According to the RF Ministry of Natural Resources, at the moment it is difficult to estimate the scale of the incident and its consequences.
      
      The press-service of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reports that the spill poses no threat to the population of Russias Far East. The nearest populated location in the RF, the city of Blagoveshchensk, is situated 500 kilometers away from the supposed spill place.
