Why has Russia cut oil supplies to Czech Republic?

Czech government is going to hold a meeting to figure out the sharp oil supply reduction from Russia via oil pipeline Druzhba.
The biggest Czech oil-refining company Unipetrol has already demanded Russia to explain the last week oil supply reduction. First the Czech side said it was caused by the technical reasons in Russia. But later the Czech Trade Ministry announced that the reasons remained unknown. Russia hasnt commented the situation yet.
Some politicians in Czech Republic tend to think that the supply cut could be traced back to the Czech US agreement on deploying US radar near Prague.
Russia keeps disagreeing with deploying US antimissile shield in Eastern Europe and considers it a threat to its own security.
