Russia has changed its ambassador to the USA
Sergei Kislyak

The change of the ambassador to the USA wont mean changes in the Russian-American relations.
Mr. Sergei Kislyak, a Deputy Foreign Minister, has been appointed a Russian ambassador to the USA by the presidents order on 26 July, but the Ministry has spread the information only now.
Yuriy Ushakov, the former Russian ambassador, is appointed a Deputy Prime-Minister.
Mr. Sergei Kislyak is 57. Hes been doing diplomatic service since 1977, working in different countries. In 1998-2003 he worked as an ambassador to Belgium and a Russian representative to NATO.
Mr. Kislyak has recently commented the Russias opinion on the oil cut supply to Czech Republic.
Most analytics tend to think that the ambassador change looks like a common working moment.
