New Business Jet Developed in Russia
AKT-001 "Lena"

Russian engineers created a light business jet, which body is made of composite materials and, its engine requires ordinary gasoline, not special jet kerosene.

New jet has two seats and fast-acting parachute escape system of domestic production, which provides parachute descent of the plane together with its crew. Authors of the unique system guarantee their development works as low as at 40 meters above the ground.

The jet has a baggage compartment large enough for 50 kg of personal belongings. New plane can be transported by car as a trailer and be stored in an ordinary garage.

The jet requires only 12 liters of fuel for one flight hour with maximum fueling of 300 liters (in case of carrying one pilot without a passenger). Vehicle’s cruise speed is 200 kmph, and maximum speed reaches 260 kmph.
