The first Children’s Philharmonic is planned to be open on the basis of the International House of Culture, Moscow, in 2009.
      
      In addition to that, Moscow authorities intend to increase the number of free tickets to classical music concerts for schoolchildren, as well as distribute permanent subscriptions among the youth. Financing of the children’s philharmonic activities is expected to grow by one fourth.
      
      During school vacations they plan to arrange two festivals: Music Assembly in Tsaritsyno Reserve Museum and Christmas Festival on various philharmonic stages of the capital.
