Wooden ruble enters Guinness Record Book

The wooden ruble erected in Russia's city of Tomsk has been listed as the largest copy of a coin in the Guinness Book of World Records, Tomsky Obzor reports.
The one ruble replica is a hundred times the size of the original ruble. It appeared at the city's Novosobornaya square in summer 2008 to mark the opening ceremony of the IV Tomsk Carnival.
The wooden ruble was designed by the Reklamny Digest, Street Media, and Dyatel companies. They all received Guinness Record Book certificates.
