Russian scientists presented a project of “hybrid tube” for the Russian capital, which is choking with transport problems.
      
      Researchers think that the tube should remain underground in the centre of the city, but get to the surface in Moscow suburbs. New technologies allow increasing speed of tube trains twice. Moreover, building “surface tube” requires much less funds.
      
      Some European cities can share their experience in building tube on the surface. Several tube lines in Moscow partly get to the open air.
