Russian businessman Mikhail Prokhorov, net worth of $14.1, tops the list of Russian richest billionaires in 2008, reports the Finans magazine.
      
      Prokhorov pushed Oleg Deripaska from the first position – his net wroth has decreased much due to financial turmoil. Roman Abramovich ($13.9 bil.) and Vladimir Lisin, the head of Novolipetsk Steel ($7.7 bil.), rank second and third consequently, they have maintained their positions since 2007.
      
      The tough year of 2008 cut number of dollar billionaires in Russia, from 101 to 49 people with their total net worth decreased by 66%, from $221 bil. to 75.9 bil.
