Unique Furniture of Romanovs Family Discovered in Finland

A unique set of furniture once belonging to the Romanovs family has been discovered in Finland and will be put up for sale on the Bukowskis International Auction on 13-14 May.
We knew about the existence of the silver set from old photos. Thus it wont be an exaggeration to call this find a sensation - Iraida Bott, the deputy director of the Tsarskoe Selo Museum commented.
The furniture had stood in the Winter Palace in Saint Petersburg, in particular, in the Empress Alexandra Fyodorovnas private Silver Salon before it was sold abroad in the 1920s.
