Relics of Russian Emperor Returned to Motherland

Relics of the family of the last Russian Emperor Nicholas the Second have been brought back to Russia.
      The ceremony of donating 100 works of art, documents and things by descendants of the Khitrovo family to the State Archive of Russian Federation took place on Friday.
      It is a very exciting day, the RF Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov said. Today the the relics gratuitously assigned by Khitrovo family, which is well-known in Russia, have been brought back to Russia.
      He reminded, that the family gave Russia great commanders, such as Suvorov and Kutuzov and was close to the imperial family of the Romanovs. Presently the descendants of this kin live in the USA, Switzerland and Venezuela.
