Lip-synching practice to be exposed

The Culture Committee at the State Duma has drawn up an amendment to the Customer Protection Law obliging musicians to inform their audience whether the performance is a live one or the artist is going to lip-synch.
       Vice speaker Lubov Sliska backed Alexander Rozenbaum in the move which is part of the global effort to put a lid on infringing products. Anyway, it is the performers responsibility and professional code to make the public aware of his intentions.
