On Tuesday 19 of May the acting Mayor of Kislovodsk suffered from the explosion.

An explosion accrued near the Kislovodsk Administration building when acting Mayor of Kislovodsk Natalia Lutsenko got out of her car. Three people got traumas and burns and were taken to hospital: Natalia Lutsenko, her driver and a passing by man. The explosive assembly was hidden in a refuse bin in the street.
      Police suspect that the explosive assembly was radio controlled because the explosion happened at the very moment when Natalia Lutsenko passed by the bin.
      The election of Kislovodsk Mayor will take place at 31 of May. There are five candidates and Natalia Lutsenko is the most popular candidate.
