More than 35 Russians have been detained in Egypt.

The representative of Russian Foreign Ministry in Cairo said that the Egyptian authorities had detained at least 35 Russian citizens. Igor Lyakin-Frolov, director of the Russian Foreign Ministrys information and press department tried to get the explanation for the situation.
      The detention was conducted "rudely", Russian citizens were taken to prison and there is still no information about the details.
       "Citizens of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, France, the UK and Denmark were detained as well,"- the Lyakin-Frolov said on Friday. The information about the incident came to Russian Foreign Ministry from the students of Ali-Azhar University.
      The Russian diplomatic mission asked the Egyptian Foreign Ministry to provide the explanation for the incident.
