The officers of justice walled up the inhabitants in their flat

The flats owner died some time ago and left his five-room flat to his son and his brother. Two successors could not come to the consensus so the justice decided to divide the flat and to build a brick wall. Thus the owners wife and her son were left without the entrance door and the kitchen. They refused to come out of the flat in protest. Their friends and relatives provide food for them from the upper floor. They hope to win the case because such remedy of the Novosibirsk justices officers is in confrontation with the Russian Constitution.
