Mechel and Hyundai Steel make a deal

Mechel, one of the Russian leading steel-makers, and Korean Hyundai Steel have concluded an agreement implying supplies of coking coal from the Russian company, the press service of the company reports.
      Under the contract coking coal import will be maintained within a five-year period starting April the 1st, 2010. The amount of supplies will reach 200 000 tons a year.
      Signing a commercial contract is the next step in development of partner relations between the two companies, the spokesman for Mechel said.
