Iron People of Antony Gormley Now in Moscow

The Moscow Art Centre Garazh has opened the exhibition of the famous British sculptor Antony Gormley.
      The installation created by order of the Centre of Modern Art Baltic in 2003, includes 287 sculptures, each of them made of steel rods and based on plaster casts of volunteers from 2 to 85 years of age.
      The project called The Field of Attraction has already been to Europe, America, and Asia, is displayed in Garazh on the threshold of the Moscow Biennale of Modern Art. In the framework of the Biennale another Gromelys project, The Horizon of Events, will be temporarily settled on Moscow roofs in the area of the Theatre Square.
      The exhibition will be open for visitors till September 2.
