A meeting in honour of killed human-right activist Natalia Etemirova banned in Ingushetia

The government authorities of Ingushetia Republic have forbidden to the nongovernmental organizations of the republic to carry out a meeting in honour of Natalia Estemirova, the human-right activist, kidnapped and killed on the July, 15 kidnapped and killed on the July, 15 . Moreover, two members of the action conveners are summoned to appear to the prosecutors office.
      The reasons because of which the action was forbidden in Nazran (the capital of the Ingushetia Republic), look a little strange: a gas pipe line is situated near the place chosen for the action. Moreover, it was told, that in the fall of emergency (?) during the meeting, all the responsibility would be laid on the nongovernmental organizations residents, reports the source.
