The train performance in the Moscow Region was cut off because of the incident happened at night, August, 4. The truck, which was carrying sand, fell down from the overhead road onto the railway lines, having broken down the overhead systems of the railway. The driver succumbed to injuries at the scene.

The tragedy took place on the station-to-station block Lukino-Kubinka-2 about 3 oclock at night. The train services were interrupted because the incident, for example, departure of the train Anapa-St. Petersburg was delayed.
