The most attractive city acknowledged by international retailers is Warsaw – this is stated in the report by Cushman & Wakefield basing on European City Monitor's study. Moscow, last year's leader, is now only the second following the capital of Poland.
According to Cushman & Wakefield, 36 European retail networks are ready to enter the Warsaw's market during next 5 years. In 2008 only 28 of them announced such an intention. AS for Moscow, it is still found attractive with 35 retailers, though there were 44 of them the year before.
Among other popular markets are Paris, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Madrid and London.
