The photo exhibition “Nyenschantz – there is still a chance…” presents pictures of the archeological monuments, which are facing the danger to be buried under the skyscraper of Okhta Centre planned by Gazprom.
These are unique photos taken by Novgorod scientists Sergey Troyanovski and Sergey Lyulin at the digging site of the priceless archeological monuments of the Okhtinski Cape. As the organizers say, the exhibition is aimed to attract attention of community to the destruction of historical monument and the city’s culture.
The exhibition runs in the museum of the creative association “Mitki” at the address 36/38 (apartment 120) Marata Street on Saturdays from 4 to 8 pm till the end of November. Admission is free.
